Healthy Basement Systems Receives NARI's 2018 Northeast Region Contractor of the Year Award

Bill Simone’s Healthy Basement Systems received the 2018 Northeast Region Contractor of the Year Award from the National Association of  the Remodeling Industry.

The prestigious, highly competitive Northeast Region Contractor of the Year Award was presented to Bill Simone, owner of Healthy Basement Systems. This award came shortly after Healthy Basement Systems won the New York Contractor of the Year Award. Healthy Basement Systems won in the “Basement Over $100,000” category for the design and construction of a 2,800 square foot basement installation, intended primarily as a play space for the family’s children, but which also includes a family room and private gym. 

Winners were judged according to strict criteria including good traffic flow, lighting, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovative construction methods and use of materials, and creative solutions to obstacles in order to meet the expressed needs of the client.  Quality of the NARI presentation is also judged.

Healthy Basement Systems also was the runner-up for the National Contractor of the Year Award, an award we have our sights set on with our future projects.
