What you have:

· A minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter, with focus on basement finishing.

· Strong knowledge of building codes, carpentry techniques, and tools.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

· Experience in managing and supervising other carpenters and laborers.

· Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment.

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

· Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass background check.

· Plan, layout, and perform all phases of rough and finish carpentry in basement projects.

· Lead and manage a team of carpenters and laborers.

· Train new employees for basement finishing and help the company grow.

· Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
