Homeowner Mr. Pologruto contacted Healthy basements with mold concerns. He had just moved into this home and was looking to kill/ get rid of all mold in the basement before renovating the space. Our sales representative Gabriel Ryan was able to provide Mr. Pologruto with the necessary steps to creating a healthier environment. 

Solution

Our skilled Foreman and his team installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system as indicated by the sales representative. A SuperSump pump system with cast iron pump, liner, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, CleanPump Stand, and WaterWatch alarm system was also installed. IceGuard's were put in place to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. Lastly, to keep the humidity low and free of mold we had our team positioned SaniDry Sedona, which is known to fight off 10 times the amount of water from the air as a typical dehumidifier.

As a result, the customer was able to enjoy a cleaner and healthier basement space.
