Extended width of the Soffit throughout the basement

Ductwork went to the left of the girder and we ran the trunks parallel with the joists in between so as to not lose any height in ceiling. This allowed us to make the soffit wider to keep the open space look for the customer. This photo shows the extended width of the soffit to bury the air conditioning trunk. It goes the full length of the basement into the gym.
