The customer called us in to asses their basement, stating water was getting into their basement. Upon inspection, Michael Alexander found the original carpeting was damp and devised a system that would keep the basement dry. Our team installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, and laid down the ThermalDry Basement Floor System designed just for the basement.
