Overall, from a customer perspective - your guys did an excellent job. From an engineering perspective, I think that the 'Sump/Pump Assembly' should have been installed about 1.5 inches deeper, so that it would be the lowest point in that area of the basement.

Very impressive. Ian Silvers demonstrated very good knowledge of basement issues, as experienced by many of us on Long Island, and what solutions were required to solve these issues. He also took time to listen to my own particular problems, and showed excellent Customer Service skills. Ian did not try to sell me something I did not need, but still promoted Healthy Basements products - you never know what may happen in the future.

Efficiently performed, very clean and expertly accomplished installation. Adapted the proposed solution to an existing, and rather 'busy' plumbing installation in my basement.

They cleaned up so well that, apart from the installation itself, it looks like they were never here.
