Every contact I had with the company was positive and complete. Presentation materials and employee professionalism matched the level of importance the project called for.

Maria, Linda and Cathy were competent and dedicated to making the project needs run smoothly for my 92 year old mother. They made us feel like our business mattered and that our questions were important to them.

Frank Filice is an expert who clearly loves his work and delivering on the company's objectives. I was confident that his skill would produce the outcome my mother needed to address a serious cellar water issue and the resulting mildew problem was cleared as intended. Frank's follow-up and attention to detail are remarkable. His credibility closed the contract. His system design worked exactly as planned. This property was in serious condition. Frank was able to design a solution that works great. Months later, it still blows me away to go into the clean and dry cellar which was such a mess for many years. The entire house is so much nicer to be in since the work was completed.

David, Justin, Marcus and Alex treated my mother's property with care and respect. They communicated the actions and steps, and checked in throughout the day to let us know how things were progressing. They handled the cellar with care and left the property in immaculate condition at the end of the work periods, as well as at the conclusion of the project. They were courteous, and took a moment to introduce themselves to my mother which was reassuring. When they wrapped up, they each thanked her for her business. It meant a lot.

Nothing was missed and the cellar looked almost the same as when the house was brand new back in 1974.
