Healthy Basement was very accommodating of my request to delay the project due to a death in the family. The project was done as scheduled and there was no issue at all.

Cathy was always courteous, pleasant, and accommodating.

Eric was thorough and very pleasant.

The team was professional, polite and efficient. They finished the 2-day job in one day. Carlos, the foreman was detailed in his explanation of what was done. Jason and Jose were very careful when they brought their equipment to the basement. They did their work with apparent pleasure and pride their work.

I prepped our basement to make it as easy for the team to do their work. They left the basement even cleaner. Very happy with their work.
