Everyone was Polite & Quick to respond to Questions asked or a Message I had left with Company. Installation was completed on time and the date was moved up which was Great.
I spoke to and had text messages with a Cathy Palma. She always answered my questions as soon as I could have asked for. Also Explained the whole process needed in terms I as a customer could understand. Could not have asked for more.
I spoke with & dealt with Simon Di Stefano. Came to my Home and explained to me what was happening and the Correct Solution for it. The TripleSafe Pump & Waterguard system makes total sense. He made things also simple for me to understand. That is IMPORTANT to a customer. VERY Important!
The (3) Members of your crew, Carlos, Jose & Juan. Carlos called & came a bit earlier then the Original Start Time. This was Better for me & I appreciated it. All were Polite & did what they needed to do without a Hitch. Great Trio of Workers. Really Good.
Everything was cleaned & Put back where it originally was that could be. I say it that way because when working with concrete on the foudation things cannot go back against the wall right away. No Problems at all with the Cleanup. Done Very Quick I must Say. That`s a Positive.
