We had our nearly 800 sq ft raw basement finished. Although we do not have water/flooding issues, I was however impressed with the materials that are used esp in such conditions. They withstand water and moisture and do not have to be demolished if flooding occurs. I had the walls insulated and finished, the flooring installed and the ceiling with lighting and power done. The materials are of superior quality. The workmanship was top notch and the mechanics were extremely professional and courteous. The job was scheduled efficiently with mechanics coming perfectly on time. They worked clean too. I was apprehensive at the start not knowing how or how long the job would proceed.
