Keeping a Basement in Montauk Dry and Warm

Challenge

Mr. T was in the process of finishing his basement. He wanted his basement to be waterproof and warmer. Mike Jarski was able to inspect and determine where the water was coming from and designed a system that would provide a permanent waterproofing solution and recommended Mr. T install our ThermalDry wall system to insulate the basement and keep the temperature comfortable.

Solution

Our expert installation team took a trip to Montauk, but this was no vacation! They created a channel along the perimeter of the basement walls, and installed our patented WaterGuard system. This system ensures that all the water coming in does not hit the basement floor. Next, the team installed our patented TripleSafe pump system, which is a three pump system that will keep the basement dry even when the power goes out! Lastly, they installed our patented IceGuard on the discharge line, which ensures that the water gets pumped out even when temperatures go well below freezing. This Montauk basement will never have a water issue again! Problem solved.
