Mold Removed, Basement Waterproofed in Amagansett, NY

Challenge

The customer called us in because they had water coming into their basement. Eric Greenberg, one of our top system design specialists, did a thorough inspection of the basement. He determined that the water was coming from an adjacent room that housed the outdoor pool equipment. The basement also had high humidity and mold. Eric designed a system that will permanently waterproof the basement, and a plan to eliminate the mold and keep the basement healthy.

Solution

Deon Frisbie and his expert installation team came in and installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system to control the groundwater seepage, and a SuperSump pump system to remove the water. IceGuard and LawnScape were installed to allow water discharge even in freezing temperatures. They also installed CleanSpace on the floors and ceiling as a vapor barrier to lower the humidity. CleanStart was used to remove the existing mold, and they installed a SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity down and keep the mold from coming back.
