Basement Waterproofed in Eastport, NY

Challenge

The customer called us with concerns about their wet basement. The water seemed to be coming up through the floors, and they wanted to find out if we can solve the problem. Eric Greenberg, one of our system design specialists, did a thorough inspection of the basement, identified the problems, and came up with a waterproofing solution.

Solution

Our installation team installed the WaterGuard piping system along the full perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard catches the water before it reaches the basement floors, and carries it to the TripleSafe sump pump system we installed. The TripleSafe boasts three pumps, one of which is battery operated to ensure water gets pumped away if the power goes out. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry Sedona, a patented and energy star rated dehumidifier to keep the basement humidity low. 

Since installation, the customer has had no water issues, and the basement feels much more comfortable than it was before.
