Basement Waterproofing in Brookhaven NY

Challenge

The customer called us with concerns about water getting into their basement along the wall under the basement window and up through the floors. Eric Greenberg, one of our system design specialists, did a thorough inspection of the area, and came up with a waterproofing solution that will permanently waterproof the basement. 

Solution

Our install team dug a trench around the perimeter of the basement, and installed our patented WaterGuard piping system. WaterGuard catches the water before it reaches the basement floor and carries it to the pump system. Next, they installed the SuperSump pump system which will pump the water out and away from the house. After connecting the discharge line outside, they applied WellDuct along the leaking wall underneath the window. WellDuct allows water to drain down to the WaterGuard that was installled, which will keep the wall from getting water damage and stop any more leaks. 

The customer has since not had any water in their basement, and they do not have to worry about their basement getting flooded ever again.
