Waterproofing and Window Installation in Holbrook NY

Challenge

The customer reached out to Healthy Basement Systems about upgrading their basement waterproofing system. They also wanted to replace their old and rusted basement windows. System design specialist Rich Alexander did an assessment of the area and crafted a waterproofing solution that would work harder and more efficiently than the old system in place.

Solution

Travis Powell and his installation team came in and removed the old basement window. They fitted the open space and installed an EverLast window, which will never rot or rust and helps to regulate the temperature in the basement. Next, they installed our patented WaterGuard piping system around the full perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard will catch the water before it reaches the basement floor and carries it to the SuperSump pump system that we installed. The SuperSump then pumps the water out and away from the house through the discharge line that we ran up and outside. 

Since installation, the customer hasn't had any water in their basement, and the EverLast window has improved the appearance, operation, and energy efficiency of the basement window.
