Basement waterproofed in Shelter Island

Challenge
Couple living in Brooklyn, recently bought the summer home in Shelter Island. Intially, the husband of the couple didnt want a house in the area with a basement because he heard of the problems with flooding. Indeed the basement was flooded. It's a half basement, neighbor property on one side is located significantly higher and that's where water is coming in.
Solution
To get rid of the water, installed our SuperSump to drain the water then installed our WaterGuard, which catches water before it reaches the floor and carries it the sump pump to prevent further flooding. We also installed, which prevents flooding in the winter. The basement was drained of all the water and the couple couldn't be happier.
