Challenge

Mr.Trebilco called Healthy Basement Systems after his tenants expressed several molding concerns with the the basement. Our Sales Represenative Frank Filice did a detailed inspection and found that the home had many water spots and high humidity, as well as water seeping in from several locations and wall foundation; causing lots of mold to form. Mr.Trebilco agreed to have our team help.

Solution

To fix this issue, our foreman David Santos and his team installed a Super Sump along with an Ice Guard to pump out access water that accumulated in the basement. A Trench Drain and Water Guard were installed to prevent water seepage/leaks and to allow a smooth drainage. Lastly, our team put in a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the air dry, lowering the chances of futre molding.

The homeowner was very pleased with the job, as his tendents will now be living in a cleaner and healthier space.
