This Glen Cove home had many problems in the beginning. It was very humid and moist causing mold to grow on the walls and ceilings. The humidity was causing the poured concrete walls to flake and deteriorate. The homeowner was looking to have the basement transformed into a playroom for their grandchildren.

Solution
