Corrected Cold Basement Floors in Wantagh, NY

Challenge

This home had concrete floor that was cold and damp. The homeowner wanted to have a finished floor but also create a vapor barrier with a warmer touch to it than the concrete.

Solution

They selected the Parque ThermalDry flooring which looks great and at the same time of finishing the floor it has created a vapor barrier which in turn is approximately 10 degrees warmer than the concrete floor itself. The homeowner is very happy with the result!
