This homeowner wanted to have their crawl space insulated and encapsulated.
Solution
After our salesman Nick gave the homeowner a visit he determined that our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation was the best solution for the homeowner. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier that is designed to reduces moisture & humidity in crawl space, helps seal out cold drafts in winter, suitable for installation over walls and floors, super durable: 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, with polyester cord reinforcement, can be used on basement and crawl space walls, compatible with other crawl space materials, and comes with a 25-year total performance warranty. We also installed our SilverGlo insulation product that is designed with built-in radiant heat barrier surface, it will also provide a vapor barrier on your crawl space walls, holding back the moisture and humidity. The closed-cell design of SilverGlo's rigid foam panels is made with completely inorganic materials, and will not absorb moisture or support the growth of mold, rot, or mildew. By insulating their crawl space it will also help the homeowner with energy costs because vented dirt crawl spaces are huge energy wasters. In the winter, freezing cold air can enter into your home, making your floors and air in your home cold which will cost you more in higher heating costs.
