Challenge
Homeowner had a crawl space that they had issues with since they bought the home. Their crawl space would have water enter into their space whenever it would rain. The extreme moisture in the crawl space was also causing the wood in the crawl space to rot and warp causing a very unhealthy environment. They wanted to turn their crawl space into a healthy useable space so they called us.
Solution
Upon Rich arriving to inspect their crawl space he noticed right away that they had a sagging floor problem in the past that they already had taking care of in the past. Now they wanted to stop water from entering their crawl space and rotting away the rest of their crawl space. Rich told them that we had the perfect solution for them by fully encapsulating their crawl space and by installing our SmartSump system to keep their crawl space dry and water on the outside. We also installed our dehumidifier to take care of any water and mold particles that may be in the air.
