Crawl Space in Oceanside, NY Encapsulated to Reduce Humidity

Challenge
This homeowner had a high moisture reading and was looking to clean up the crawl space. Their crawl space is about 700 square feet. They also really needed another place for storage.
Solution
Per the specialist's recommendation, a Healthy crew installed Drainage Matting and a CleanSpace antimicrobial liner. First, we laid down the drainage matting to ensure any water present underneath the liner would flow into the crawl space drain. Then, we encapsulated the entire crawl space with CleanSpace, including the walls. We sealed the space on the top to complete the installation.
