Judging from the amount of times the new sump pump system kicked during the weekend Nor'easter on 10/29/11 on I have to believe that without the sump pump I would have had an incursion of water in my basement as other storms have caused. A worthwhile investment from a reputable company.

A homeowner in Island Park, New York had a crawl space that was unusable and cold in the winter, the homeowner reached out to us because they wanted to see if we could make this crawl space into a usable space in addition to making the space more energy efficient. We sent one of our specialists out to inspect this crawl space and they recommended encapsulating the crawl space and insulating it. The way we encapsulated this crawl space was by our crew coming in and installing a layer of draining matting along the floor of the crawl space, this will separate the crawl space from the earth. On top of the drainage matting we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which will prevent any water or moisture from entering the crawl space while making the space clean, dry, bright, and usable. To make this home more energy efficient we installed our SilverGlo insulation along the walls of the crawl space, which will reflect heat back into the space making the home more energy efficient. To ensure this crawl space remains completely dry and usable we installed our dehumidifier in the crawl space, which will filter out any moisture, mold, or mildew particles from the air, helping to improve the air quality in this space. Now this homeowner has a crawl space that's clean, dry, usable, and energy efficient for many years to come.
