The difference in my crawlspace is as promised - "ilke night and day". I look forward to occasional trips into the space without a hazmat suit. More importantly, I am very hopeful that the better insulation in the now sealed crawlspace will mean no fear of frozen pipes.

A homeowner in Malverne, New York had a crawl space that was unusable, damp, and dirty, they wanted to see if they could make their crawl space into a clean, dry, usable space so they gave us a call to come inspect their crawl space. After one of our specialist inspected their crawl space they determined in order to make this space a clean, dry, usable one we would need to encapsulate the space with drainage matting, our CleanSpace vapor barrier, and our dehumidifier system. So our crew got to work by first installing our drainage mating on the dirt floor of the crawl space, this is going to separate the earth from the crawl space and allow any water or moisture to easily flow under the crawl space, while keeping the space dry. On top of the drainage matting we installed our Clean Space vapor barrier which will prevent any moisture from entering the space, while also making the space clean, bright, and usable. To ensure this space remained completely dry and mold free we installed our SaniDry dehumidifier in the crawl space, this unit will filter any moisture, mold, or mildew particles from the air, helping to improve the air quality in the space. Now this homeowner has a crawl space that's clean, dry, and usable for many years to come.
