About the Owner
Larry Janesky
Larry Janesky is a successful business owner, author, speaker, and inventor with 29 patents. With more than 30 years of business experience, Larry has gone from being a self-employed home services contractor to an authority on creating and growing businesses.
Larry is the founder of Contractor Nation, the largest and most successful network of home services contractors in North America. Through the network, he has formed personal relationships with many business owners including the founder of Healthy Basement Systems, Bill Simone. In June of 2021, founder Bill Simone decide he was going to leave so he could retire. Marc Tannenbaum will be stepping in as Managing Partner with Larry Janesky and together they are looking forward to building onto Bill's legacy, as we wish him a happy retirement and thank him for years of loyalty and service!

He has always been a problem solver and passionate about making the customer's vision a reality. Marc is a true professional and brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job that he is involved with.
Healthy Basement Systems is the exclusive regional dealer for the Basement Systems international contractor network - a group of more than 190 of the best waterproofing contractors in the world who have exclusive access to patented products, comprehensive training, and support through the organization. As the day-to-day leader of the Healthy Basement Systems team, Marc upholds the highest standards of the company.
Marc enjoys meeting with homeowners as well as helping them solve their basement and crawl space problems, enabling them to get more out of their homes. In his spare time, he likes to golf, read biographies of leaders, kayak, and spend time with his three adult children.
