The system we had installed works perfectly and as specified-- No water has come into our basement since we had it installed, even through the difficulty and intensity of hurricane sandy. The floor system is brilliant - I was able to easily pull up floor and reinstall to clean up a sewer back up issue in our home.

I chose to go with them over any other basement water proofing company for many reasons such as our past experience with them, the awray of products that they offer, and the friendly installation crew that we deal with in person. When I called the office the staff was very courteous and helpful.  The sales rep Todd came to my house and was very thorough when discussing the different pumps and really knew how to fix the issue.  The installation crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  I would recommend Healthy Basement Systems to anyone looking to waterproof their basements.
