Great.  I was very happy with the service that Larry, the job foreman brought to my project.  He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me all the steps of what he was doing. 

I contacted Healthy Basement Systems to eliminate a leaky basement problem. I was sent a package of brochures to explain what was available which was great for me to familiarize wait the products. The sales person, Eric Greenberg, explained the procedure and what would be required. On the scheduled date, they showed up with his capable crew and the job was completed! Great team, and my basement never looked so good.

We are buying a house and need a foundation expert to assess the foundation cracks. Gabriel from the company arrived on time and were very professional, courteous, and patient. he inspected the house foundation from both outside and inside. He looked around the house and the entire basement, gave us his opinion of the foundation condition. he took a lot of pictures for future analysis. Since his company no longer does this kind of repair, he spent time with another contractor to give me an accurate estimate. Based on his professional opinion, I decide not to buy the house. I felt that his opinion is invaluable. I suggest all home buyers consult a foundation expert like him before signing the contract, because many old houses could have potential foundation problem which is very expensive to fix and could cause a lot of long term headache.

Sales person, Lee, was so patient and answered all of my questions. He was even able to show me where the water in the corner of my basement was coming from. I am very impressed!
