Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The customer called Healthy Basement Systems looking to upgrade a pre-existing pump system that could not keep up with the water coming into the basement. 

The customer was in the process of refinishing the basement. The basement had water issues on and off for years. They realized there was mold, and an enormous amount of humidity. Before moving forward with the refinishing of the basement, the customer reached out to Healthy Basement Systems for our professional help. 

Our waterproofing professional, Eric Greenberg, worked with this customer and together they choose the products that would benefit the basement the most. The combination of the WaterGuard System, a Triple Safe pump system, and a SaniDry dehumidifier will keep this customer's basement dry and fresh permanently. 

Before and after we installed our CleanSpace wall systems, WaterGuard systems, sump pump systems, and dehumidification systems. 

CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed on the basement wall to help leaks drain into the also newly installed WaterGuard drainage system. WaterGuard will direct all ground water seepage into the nearby sump pump.
