He was upfront with the pricing and allowed us to make changes with no problems. The entire team worked efficiently and worked just about every day till the job was done. We are very happy with our new basement.

I felt that the representative's presentention was very informative. In fact, the company was extremely helpful and professional. All my questions were answered and the work was performed in a timely fashion. The crew arrived on time and the too were extremely courteous. All the steps of the job could not have been done better. This company is very well managed. My experience with Healthy Basement Systems was meeting Frank Filice, a Systems Designer, who came to my home and did a thorough inspection of my crawlspace. He recommended the products that I needed and did NOT try to over sell. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable working with this company. I asked him if he would get me in contact with a person in the area that used the Healthy Basement System. He provided the phone number of a recent customer who gave the company a good review. Therefore, I decided to move forward with the job. The crew was composed of three members, Carlos, the foreman and two workers, Jose and Nick. They worked very well together. Carlos had a very good working relationship with the crew. The crew did a wonderful job. They were very respectful of my home and upon completion of the job the basement was cleaned and all garbage was taken away. I would definitely recommend this company.
