before and after we encapsulated this crawl space.
Our customer called struggling with flooding and a presence of mold in their crawl space. After inspection of the area, our Systems Design Specialist George Van Glahn confirmed the growth of mold along the wood along the ceiling of the crawl space. George also learned that this customer had a sump pump installed by a friend 3 weeks prior that goes off every 20 seconds. To solve this, George designed a system to remove the existing mold in addition to waterproofing and encapsulating the crawl space.
The primary foreman, Larry Foster, used this information and replaced that pump with a SmartSump and UltraSump to waterproof and encapsulate the crawl space. Larry and his team then installed a discharge line going out and into the front yard into a soon to be flower bed along with installing a LawnScape outlet and an IceGuard. Larry also utilized CleanStart plus to remove the existing mold from the whole ceiling of the crawl space. After the job has been completed, our customer has not had any water or mold issues.
Before and after we encapsulated and insulated this crawl space.
This homeowner had a half dirt, half cement built crawl space. They were looking for a way to keep moisture from coming into their space. We achieved this by installing CleanSpace, a moisture barrier which will permanently prevent any moisture from coming into the home.
This is a crawl space that got completely encapsulated with our vapor barrier called CleanSpace. On the walls we included an insulation product called SilverGlo.
