Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner wanted his crawl space cleaned up and waterproofed. First, we cleaned out the debris in the crawlspace, then we added lollypoles to support the structure properly and bring it up to code. We utilized our crawl space encapsulation system to keep the space clean and dry.

This homeowner was experiencing an unusually humid first level. Our system design specialist diagnosed that this was from an unencapsulated crawl space. Their entire crawl space was wrapped in CleanSpace including the piers. This was done to prevent moisture from coming into the crawl space and into the living area above.
