Speaking with the office was a pleasure, they were very helpful anytime I spoke with them. The installation crew arrived on time and they were courteous, they cleaned up when they were completed and were very cooperative.

Before the crew from Healthy Basement Systems came to my home, there was a mold smell coming from the basement. The waterproofing system I had installed wasn't working correctly. Since installation, I havent had any more issues and the pump system seems to be doing it's job.
